TYPES OF EMAIL MARKETING
There are three types of email Marketing which are mentioned below-
- Transactional emails
- Direct emails
- Mobile email marketing
Transactional email is also known as Triggered emails because they include any email that is triggered by user’s interaction with a web application including signups, password changes, friend request or follow request, notifications. The best example of transactional email is when a customer purchases an item they receive an email containing the price, item, and shipment details. Transactional email is sent to a particular person or to an individual.
Direct Email is nothing but sending the email to communicate a promotional message for example if there is any special offer on the product etc…This is sent by the companies where they collect the email ids of different people and send the direct promotional messages.
MOBILE EMAIL MARKETING:
